New version - 53 days later


Hello again.

The last two months has been a struggle. I set out to make major changes to the game and managed to get pretty far in short order but then I got stuck. In the structure I'd made up to that point it was neigh impossible to implement what I wanted. I kept banging my head against it, making little impact. In the end I decided to simply start anew with a better structure and then migrate the little content I had over to the new project. It took time, but it would not have taken 53 days.

Things conspired to minimize the time I had to put on the project. I, and my children, got tonsillitis. Not once, but twice and at different times. So while I tried to isolate to not spread it to my family I had no access to my computer most of the time, and then when my kids got sick I was way too busy to get any real progress made. Then when we'd all had it once, I and my daughter caught it again.

Anyway... I've got a new version ready for you.
These are the main areas I've focused on:

1) A map and possibility to go between locations (this has taken the most time by far as it also required a lot of work with the graphics).
2) Clickable characters and a schedule for when they'll be where.
3) A way to handle time and progress time.

I'm proud to say that these areas are implemented - even though it may not be visible in the game so far.
